1 General Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the 93qk platform (https://93qk.org) and all its services. 93qk is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

2 Account Register

To use 93qk, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Full legal name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number (used for verification)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• A strong password (at least 8 characters)

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact 93qk support immediately.

If false information is provided during registration, 93qk may suspend or close the account at any time, and all funds in that account may be forfeited.

3 Age & Eligibility

93qk is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Age is verified at registration and identity documents may be requested at any time.

If a member is found to have registered with a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited and won funds will be forfeited. No appeals will be accepted in such cases.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 93qk can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

Deposit rules:

• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• If you experience any issue after making a deposit, save your transaction ID and contact support.
• Accounts involved in fraudulent or chargeback deposits will be closed immediately.

93qk does not charge any payment processing fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply service charges in accordance with their own policies.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on 93qk are simple and fast. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile banking number used to register the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

• Bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided automatically.
